Arrival and Departure:
Check-in Time:
Monday – Sunday 2:00 PM.
Our reception closes at 8 PM.
If you will be checking in later than this time, please call our office before 8 PM, so that arrangements can be made for your keys collection.
Check-Out Time:
10:00 AM (Charges may apply after this time).
Payment:
Full payment will be charged within 24 hours of your check-in time.
Please ensure you provide a valid credit card as your booking may be cancelled if the payment is declined.
If paying through the cash mode, a $200 cash deposit is required.
No Party Policy:
We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion. Any violation of this policy would result in eviction from the premises without any refund.
Smoking in rooms:
Our motel rooms are all strictly “No Smoking” zones.
If smoking in the rooms is detected, we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning. This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning, and non-selling the room for 1 or 2 nights.
Damage and Incidentals:
If there is any damage to property during the stay or if excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the hotel might add a fee to your bill. To cover potential incidental expenses, we will place a hold on a guest’s credit card upon check-in, which is then adjusted based on the actual expenses incurred.
Deposit/Payment Policy:
To finalise your phone booking, we require a credit card number and authorisation – this will secure your booking. Full payment will be charged within 24 hrs of your check-in time, please ensure you provide a valid credit card as your booking may be cancelled if payment is declined. We only accept cheques if prior arrangements have been made with the management.

The property operates on a 24-hour “Cancellation and No-Show Policy” on all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non-arrival by 1.00 PM one day before your expected arrival date will incur the first night‘s charge.
